Biography
Maysyuk Law was founded by Eka Maysyuk in 2012. An immigrant in Canada, Eka completed Osgoode Hall Law School, worked in courts, managed businesses, built her legal practice, and continued to raise her two children.
Eka started practicing securities law after law school but then navigated towards other practices. Serving the GTA community, Maysyuk Law is a one-stop legal firm where clients do not need to speak to multiple lawyers to get legal advice on corporate or matrimonial issues, mortgage collection, estate administration, tax considerations in a will, suing or being sued, and much more.
Eka strives to deliver a personal touch to every client, always picking up calls, carefully listening to clients’ needs, and supporting resolutions with the best interests of the family in mind, not costs.

Throughout her over 16 years of practice, Eka has processed hundreds of corporate and real estate transactions, handled many matrimonial files and fought numerous times in court for her clients.
