An accomplished legal professional, Shaiq earned a B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Panjab University in 2019 and further expanded his expertise with a Business Management, Human Resources credential from Lambton College in 2022, strengthening his understanding of organizational and people-focused issues within legal practice. He has been a member of the Bar Council of India since 2019 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2025, reflecting his qualification to practice law in both India and Ontario.
